- All accounts are subject to credit approval through a signed and completed credit application. Upon credit approval, a customer number and a credit limit will be issued as promptly as possible.
- All accounts are due and payable on the 10th day of the month following any and all purchases.
- Any account 30 days past due will be charged a service charge of 1-1/2% per month or 18% APR on any unpaid balance. Service charges are a part of all business transaction and MUST BE PAID. Failure to include all service charges due when remitting your payment could allow your account to go into a Past Due Status and thus place your company on C.O.D. automatically.
- If an account should become 90 days past due and no arrangements have been made, then the account is subject to being submitted for legal collection.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to notify this office of any discrepancies immediately.
